Hi, I'm Mike Creamer (or Mick to my Irish friends). Physical fitness is and has
always been my overriding passion. Regular exercise is the single most important thing that you can do for your physical and mental well-being.
As a fitness professional
I believe it's important to lead by example and I practice what I preach and what I teach.

I was introduced to exercise at an early age. As a schoolboy I boxed and played soccer and rugby. I started lifting weights in my teens and before turning twenty-one, I won national junior bodybuilding and powerlifting titles.
I represented Ireland at the Junior World Powerlifting Championships in 1984. The following year I moved to the U.S. where I continued to compete in Powerlifting and I played rugby for the New York Athletic Club.

In New York I worked as a trainer for Plus One Fitness, Manhattan's premier personal training gym with an A-list celebrity clientele. In 1997 I opened my own personal training studio, also in Soho, where I operated my business for twenty years. I recently moved back to Ireland.

For the last ten years indoor rowing has been my primary exercise and my sport. I am a member of the Bray rowing club and I'm also an avid cyclist.
I am a NASM certified personal trainer, Level 1 Crossfit coach and a group exercise instructor. I am eager to put my knowledge, skills and considerable business experience to service in the growing Irish fitness market. I am available for one-on-one training and to teach group exercise classes.
